Welcome to our About Amoona blog post series, where we discuss information about our company and our products. Today, we’ll be looking at our Design Support & Customer Service, and the advantages that come with interacting with a smaller company.
One of said advantages is the personalization we provide. We work hand in hand with you to make your design as unique as you are, and to help it stand out from the crowd. We’ll be in communication with you as much as you want us to be, but we also put our heads down and get the job done on time. This is because we value our customers, and we value doing the job the right way. These are two of our priorities as a small business.
Another advantage is the convenience of using Amoona Studio as your design and print shop. This is because, as a small business, we can work around your schedule. Face to face appointments, calls, emails, you name it. We’re there. No need to hold, no waiting a long time for a reply – just business. That’s but one part of our customer service advantage.
A disadvantage of a bigger company is the lack of control you possess over your designs and content. With some larger print shops, if you create a design on that site, you can only print said design from that site. That means you have no control over your design and no ability to export it. With us, it’s different. You choose your design option and we provide you with the printable file afterwards. This grants you freedom, as you can always take your business elsewhere, should you become dissatisfied or find what you believe to be a better option elsewhere.
We will not print your design without making sure it’s up to par. We proofread your designs and check the specifications before processing your order to ensure your satisfaction. We make sure all text is properly formatted, all layers are in the right place, and the CMYK RGB difference is properly accounted for. In essence, we double check your order.
Create a design someplace else? No big deal. If you have an existing design, but not the original file, we can duplicate and recreate it for free!
Looking to use a template? Great! It’s an easy way to save some money as pertains to design costs. We use templates as a starting point, but by no means do we just copy and paste. We take the template that you like and change it to make it your own.
We have created several guides to assist you in the process of designing and ordering. The printing help guide can be found on every product page in the description underneath the product, and the file preparation and orientation guides can be found on the left-hand side.
We believe that pricing should be transparent and easy to find. That’s why all of our pricing is on the website, everything is easy to find, and you can see pricing examples for all 3 of our main services here (web, graphic, print). We also wrote a blog on our deals and packages for further clarity on the topic.
We’ve written several blogs as tutorials and how-to’s to illustrate our processes and print characteristics you should know before you order. Check them out here: How-To Export PDF; Colour for Printing; Paper Stock; Printing Help & Clarity.
If you want to check out our FAQ section, please do! After taking into account your feedback, we’ve created a comprehensive set of questions, information, and links to answer and alleviate whatever concerns you may have. Check them out here.
Somewhat unsure of what your options are pre and post-payment? Then check out our Design & Printing Policies here, our Privacy Policy here, and our Terms & Conditions here. We do our best to include all pertinent information so that you know exactly what you’re paying for and agreeing to, as well as additional information you may be wondering. That being said, we may not have covered every question you may have, so if you can’t find something on our webpage, please send your questions to [email protected], which is managed by our employees every day.
This concludes our Design Support & Customer Service blog post, part of our About Amoona blog post series. For further information on this subject, check out our FAQ and policy pages, or give us a shout. We hope to hear from you soon!
